You'll own & drive the full design process from discovery through to delivery: turning research insights into ideas, designing the workflows and UI for features and getting them shipped in product releases
Work closely with engineering teams to ship projects that help address customer needs
This role comes with plenty of room for growth and you'll have ownership of design decisions in your work
Collaborating with teams to get the right solution shipped on our platform; you'll pair with & help engineers get features into the hands of our customers
Advocate and initiate new design and engineering work to improve shipped projects; you'll champion consistency & quality of experience to raise the bar for quality at Gearset
You can use Figma to create ideas for design work and are comfortable working with HTML & CSS to finesse the design details in code
Love designing simple, intuitive and delightful user interfaces & care about design details
Are pragmatic when it comes to design choices and make objective design decisions, always advocating for the best possible user experience
Have experience shipping products and working in an agile software development environment
Salary is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on experience
~ You'll work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, in our Cambridge office, with the option of flexible home working
