Administrator to join the team based at our

HQ in Uddingston.

The Role

General administrative duties
Calculating and submitting all small works quotes to ensure agreed turnaround times to client
Checking and approving all engineers recommendation reports through to submission of quotes
Control of quotes log
Managing of any quotes queries and resolution of same within required timescales
Control and management of quotes inbox
Supplying monthly quotes data to Commercial Team

What we are looking for

A confident communicator with strong numerical and literacy skills
Quick to learn and can work accurately and effectively
Excellent organisation skills and firstclass attention to detail
Must be proficient in all Microsoft packages

Knowledge and experience of the facility Service Sector
