- Execution, detail, and construction planning in the area of supporting structure and building envelope for the turnkey construction of building projects using the GOLDBECK system.
- Preparation of master details and general plans as a basis for the construction of steel, concrete, sheet metal, and aluminium building elements.
- Preparation of installation plans and individual part drawings for metal facades and steel roof constructions.
- Technical clarification with all specialists involved (e.g., sales engineers, specialist engineers, project / construction managers, clients, architects, and authorities).
- Creation of parts lists for tendering, production, branch office, and assembly.
- Processing is based on the CAD tool Revit or corresponding applications, model- and database-oriented.
- Working with the planning system that follows the GOLDBECK BIM strategy
- Successfully completed studies in the field of Architecture, Architectural Technology, Design Management, or a similar discipline.
- Well-founded experience in designing and planning turnkey projects.
- Great interest in design issues and interdisciplinary solutions in building construction.
- Ability to develop designs with Autodesk CAD software is essential.
- Experience with modular forms of building (desirable).
- Proven track record of coordinating design for residential, commercial, or office buildings, or similar.
- Demonstrable knowledge of design, construction techniques, technical requirements, and construction regulations.
- Strong communication skills, high customer orientation, and persuasiveness.
- Ability to work in a team and enjoy acting independently and entrepreneurially.
