Description

The Faculty of Health wishes to appoint a highly motivated and experienced administrator to work within a customer focused and efficient administrative support service.

Working closely with the Faculty Registry team, you will provide support for a variety of the Faculty's registry and quality assurance processes, including Appeals, Complaints, Student Support Meetings, and Academic Offence cases.


You will have experience working within an administrative setting and be able to demonstrate relevant experience related to the role, including organisation of meetings, producing minutes in an accurate and timely manner and managing case related processes.

In addition, you will have proven accuracy and attention to detail.

You will be expected to have proven communication, as well as excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.

You will need to evidence your ability to be adaptable to the demands of working in an area of rapid change and development.

Ordinarily the post will be located on the Drake Circus campus, Plymouth. Travel between sites may be required.

This is a part-time position working 18.5 hours per week on a permanent basis.
