    Description

    We seek to appoint an experienced colleague to work closely with our Head of MFL to help lead a dynamic and lively department. This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional teacher to make a significant contribution to our Ofsted Outstanding school where EBacc is at the heart of the curriculum.

    Our students benefit from enhanced hours of study in Languages allowing teachers the time to embed real learning and progress. As a result 77% of our students take up languages at KS4 with some excellent students taking up A-Level every year. The attitude of students to languages is very positive due to this investment and the inclusive culture created by the MFL department. We are looking for a colleague to continue to build this culture.

    You will provide outstanding pedagogical leadership, take a major role in the professional development of colleagues and be part of a dynamic and committed team.

    The successful candidate will be expected to have the potential to teach French and Spanish up to KS4 with an ability to teach one language at KS5.
