- Manage relationships with the hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, attending site visits where needed.
- Hold regular update meetings with hiring managers.
- Advertise vacancies across multiple platforms and manage applications.
- Screen candidates, ensuring they have the skills needed for the relevant role.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure the process runs smoothly.
- Coordinate interviews and send out confirmation emails.
- Maintain relationships with agencies on the PSL.
- Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Business Partner.
- Previous experience working within recruitment.
- Be able to work at a face pace.
- Strong communication skills both written and oral.
- Be willing to attend site visits.
- An understanding of confidentiality and an ability to use discretion.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and be reactive to changing priorities.
- Excellent Microsoft skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook
