My client is an exciting AI technology start-up, in the last 18 months they have grown extensively.

This is a fast-paced Marketing Manager opportunity, in a very small business but with ambitious growth plans and a strong financial backing.

Working veryclosely with the CEO and an external marketing consultant this role is pivotal on building on the existing marketing foundations.

This is an incredible opportunity to directly make an impact by changing, improving, and setting the standard for campaigns.

Location:
Hybrid Remote - a couple of days in London offices and the rest from home

Marketing Manager Duties include:

End to end campaign management including ROI, and datadriven improvements through optimisation.
Plan and execute fullfunnel focused campaigns to build pipeline within specific industry
Develop creative, innovative, and engaging messaging.
Performance marketing including PPC, social media, affiliates.
Identifying the target audience, best marketing channels, segmenting personas; track spend effectiveness and ROI.
Set up and create marketing assets and campaigns to support customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Working on a tight budget, monitoring KPIs and ROI of each channel, constantly looking for ways to optimise conversion and budget allocation.
A/B tests, conversion tests. Learn from implementation, testing and measuring.

Ideal Marketing Manager

Driven, selfstarting, data lead marketer with experience within B2B
Demonstrable Experience in campaign driven marketing and data analysis
Capability to use A/B Testing tools/methods.
A proven track record of driving user growth
