    TPF Recruitment proudly represents a prestigious mid-tier firm of Chartered Accountants, headquartered in the bustling city of Reading. Currently, we are seeking an adept Audit Manager to join their thriving Audit & Assurance team.
    As the Audit Manager for our client, you will be instrumental in driving their audit services forward.

    We are seeking an accomplished audit professional with a proven track record at the managerial level, someone who shares our client's passion for delivering excellence in audit services.

    This entails meticulous planning of assignments, adept briefing of staff on client intricacies, ensuring meticulous adherence to auditing standards, and surpassing both client and statutory deadlines with finesse.

    Oversee assignments in alignment with our client's procedural standards, confirming arrangements with clients including cost estimations and billing.
    Uphold audit quality as paramount, actively engaging in internal and external quality assurance endeavors.
    Maintain a keen eye on technical advancements, staying abreast of industry developments through continuous professional development.
    Assume a mentoring role, providing guidance to students and/or seniors within the team.
    ACA or ACCA qualification is essential.
    Extensive audit experience delivering high-quality audits.
    Familiarity with auditing within the SME sector is advantageous.
    Salary circa £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualification status.
