INTERVIEWS:

ASAP

  • The post holder reports to: Senior Practitioner/Team Manager.
  • The post holder may be required to work from multiple locations if required.
  • To deliver the highest standards of customer service in line with the Council's values.
  • Receive and handle enquiries across a range of frontline services, through a variety of access channels including but not limited to telephone, web and electronic, aiming to achieve first contact resolution for the customer.
  • Responds to the majority of enquiries unless level of complexity requires it to be reassigned to seniors for screening and/or triaging.
  • To signpost and redirect people to appropriate community and health partners and to ensure this is recorded on the required systems.
  • To provide appropriate written information and/or referrals to provider organisations on the persons behalf
  • Ensure recording is compliant with Adults Social Care principles and practices

Qualifications
‐ Experience with Microsoft Office
‐ GCSE Grade A-C (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics
‐ Ability To Communicate Effectively Both Orally & In Writing To A Wide Range Of People
‐ Relevant professional level qualification
‐ Ability To Work As Part Of A Team And On Own Innitiative
‐ Previous experience in similar role
‐ Ability To Organise Own Workload To Meet Targets & Deadlines

£14.34 per hour
