    Description

    Aufgaben

  • Responsible for the management and delivery of tendered projects from initial prequalification through to handover to the delivery team, this includes programme and estimation reviews, risk compilation, leading liaison for the client throughout the tender process, this role also encompasses evaluating feasibility studies, developing bid proposals from draft to submission, providing real time cost solutions and programme narrative.
  • Plan and manage all aspects of bids providing subject matter expertise.
  • Establish winning strategies and written plans for quality led bids.
  • Lead and contribute reviewing of prequalification documents and tenders.
  • Effective management, capable of controlling projects with tender values of up to £1+ billion.
  • Close commercial and design liaison, working alongside and managing the design, estimating and production teams, combined with input into the overall management of the project.
  • Create detailed documents to convey method of construction to the client.
  • Communicate internally within the group and its departments and externally with designers and other stakeholders.
  • Technically review pre-contract documents.
  • To produce and execute value engineering ideas throughout the process.
  • Be fully conversant with all construction related policies and directives from health and safety to CDM
  • Lead and contribute to project co-ordination meetings
  • Contribute to theplanning of activities through development of the programme

    • Qualifikationen

  • Degree / HND in Civil Engineering/Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying
  • Knowledge of Project Procedures.
  • IT literacy – Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Ability to set priorities and exercise flexibility where necessary.
  • Ability to read and understand drawings, schematics, and construction documents.
  • Understanding of safety procedures and recognition of hazards.
