is a leading supplier of specialist building materials to trade customers across Europe as a specialist distributor of insulation and interiors products and merchant of roofing and exterior products.

We are currently looking to recruit a
Part-Time Project Administration Coordinator to join and support our busy Divisional Sales Team in the
South West Region, keeping the CRM system updated with regular and relevant supply chain information, managing incoming enquiries, and forwarding onto the local branch network for action, then reporting on key measures as required.


What does the role involve?

As
Project Administration Coordinator, you will maintain all the main contractor and Infrastructure project information into our CRM system (Salesforce) and adding any known specification for the project/package giving the business visibility.

You will support the team monthly project teams, ensuring all project updates are capture and reflected in the CRM.

This role is part time 20 hours/week, 5 days per week; likely working hours 10-2pm, but this is flexible to suit.

Location:
work from home, but able to attend monthly regional meetings


  • Administration experience of data management into various systems, with great focus and communication skills to work at all levels
  • A good manner over the phone, as you will also be required to make outbound calls to internal and external customers. Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to create monthly reporting
  • Some understanding of the construction industry ideally but not essential
  • Strong IT skills with experience of a CRM (Salesforce would be ideal)
