Our client is a global powerhouse for the development, production and distribution of quality media content.

THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a commercial lawyer to join their Brands & Marketing team advising the business in a practical and commercially focused way on all relevant compliance and legal matters

Key responsibilities for the role include:

Supporting the business on deal making in relation to complex and innovative projects
Drafting and negotiating agreements with creative agencies, digital partners and talent, and advising upon marketing, PR and brand partnership agreements
Advising on the production and exploitation of original content
Advising on branding policy, trademark use and promotional material and activities.
Drafting and negotiating supplier, development and talent/influencer agreements
Advising on regulatory and policy compliance
Developing and maintaining relationships with all levels of the Brands & Marketing team, Regulatory affairs team and with talent and partners

THE CANDIDATE

You will have experience of drafting and negotiating agreements for the supply of services & content licensing, ideally in a media, brands, social media or tech environment A good understanding of contract, commercial and intellectual property law is essential.
