Brief Description


A great opportunity has become available for a Business Administrator Apprentice to join our flourishing Customer Service Administration team, with work-based learning in the office, as well as 'off the job' structured training working towards an level 3 Business Administration qualification.


What will the apprentice be doing?:

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of call for telephone and online bookings and queries
  • Manage club absences on our internal bookings system, escalating any issues to the Customer Service Manager
  • Managing incoming & outgoing post and recording data on special deliveries
  • General administration support for all KOOSA Kids departments (Customer Service / HR / Recruitment / Operations / Finance / Marketing)
  • General office support including photocopying, shredding and filing
  • Be an enthusiastic team player.
  • Have good time management & organisational skills.
  • Have a positive, cando attitude & flexible approach to tasks.
  • Be reliable, friendly and professional at all times.
  • Be a people person with great communication skills who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Applicants without Level 2 English and maths will need to achieve this prior to taking their End Point Assessment.
  • Have the ability to be cleared for an enhanced DBS check

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?:

  • Full training delivered at work place for Level 3 Business Administration course
  • Maths and or English provided where required

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?:
Opportunity to move onto a permanent position upon completion of course

  • No previous business administration experience necessary.
  • Willingness to learn and develop and commit to a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.
  • Demonstrate good written & verbal communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes helpful, specifically Word & Excel

Qualifications:

GCSE maths and english 4/c-A*/9


Working week:

Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6.00pm, based from our Head Office in Camberley, Surrey


Expected duration:


18 months
