Our client is an established service provider within the motor trade, leading the field in electric/hybrid technology. With 90 years of experience, our client has an established client base, benefiting from high levels of repeat business.

Salary:
£23,000 per annum basic, rising to £27,000 plus with OTE (on-target earnings)

Hours:
Working hours 8-6 daily, flexibly 5 days Monday to Sunday. Saturdays are key trading days, so availability for this will be paramount.

What will success look like in this role?
Meet and greet service customers, upholding the highest standards of courtesy
Ensure that customers are aware of all products and services available, including additional options
Record customer requirements and details accurately and effectively operate a customer followup system.
Operate successfully a service department loading system
Demonstrate effective communication with customers, the service department and vehicle technicians
