    The Role

    S.A.W Resourcing Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Part Time EVENING Customer Services Assistanton behalf of our clients based in Melton Mowbray to start in August 2024. The main duties of the role include:-

    • Answering incoming telephone calls from customers/ clients wishing to place an order or enquire about products, services, delivery or complaints.
    • Responding to customer emails in a professional and polite manner.
    • Taking payments over the telephone
    • Dealing with all enquiries on products and services

    This is a temporary role until approx. October 2024 HOWEVER, possibility to extend until January 2025 (if you are available). Evening Part Time - Monday to Friday 4pm - 8pm

    Students on term holiday until October and experienced applicants all welcome to apply.

    Take on dates are as follows:-

    · Monday 5th August

    The Hours

    · Evening Part Time - Monday to Friday 4pm - 8pm with 1 in 3 or 4 Saturdays (9am – 5pm). 5 days per week.

    · Please note – training hours in the first week are 9:30am – 1:30pm Monday to Friday.

    Your Profile

    In order to be considered for our role of Customer Service Assistant, you must:

    · Consider yourself friendly, bubbly, approachable and a generally nice person to work with, an excellent telephone manner and be IT literate.

    · You will be available between the start dates above until at least October 2024 or January 2025.

    · Due to the location of the role, you will ideally have your own reliable transport.

    The Pay

    £11.44 per hour + Holiday Pay
