    Job Description

    • Manage and resolve legal conflict matters
    • Provide specialist conflict advice to partners and staff
    • Conduct legal research related to conflict issues
    • Participate in the development of conflict management policies and procedures
    • Work closely with other members of the Legal team
    • Comply with all relevant regulatory requirements
    • Contribute to team meetings and professional development initiatives
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in the professional services industry

    The Successful Applicant

    A successful Conflicts Lawyer should have:

    • Qualified lawyer
    • A degree in Law or relevant field
    • Proven experience in managing legal conflict matters
    • Excellent research skills
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • A team-oriented mindset
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the professional services industry
