With so many exciting projects on the go, we are looking to expand our team and have a vacancy for a
HV Production Supervisor to provide expert level advice and support to the HV team.

You will establish a productionised environment within our HV battery assembly facility, ensuring targets are met, accurate record keeping is maintained, blockages are identified and resolved.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

Motivate and lead the battery assembly team
Continuous monitoring of production status and progress to plans
Contribute to the risk assessment generation and maintenance
To action and ensure compliance of RML's Safety System of Work (SSOW) and Health and Safety policy in both standard and HV rules at any time for your safety and that of others
Ensure build records and relevant documentation are completed as appropriate through the process
Escalate issues affecting delivery of batteries to the timing plan
Lead the company 5C problem resolution activity for the HV Production department
Responsibility for 5S auditing and reporting within the production areas
Monitoring of waste/scrappaging within the production department
Involvement in the creation of a motivated production environment
Take responsibility for the execution of appropriate 'production' practices for projects

We need you to have experience in:

HV battery and control systems assembly
HV battery testing and logging
Leading a team within a battery manufacturing environment
HV Health and Safety Legislation and practices
Generation and control of risk assessments
Problem investigation techniques (8D/5Y)
Production planning beneficial but not essential
