- Facilitating group therapy sessions where clients can share their experiences and support each other in their recovery journey.
- Working with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs and goals.
- Regularly reviewing and updating treatment plans to reflect clients' progress and changing needs.
- Offering emotional support and encouragement to clients, helping them to stay motivated and committed to their recovery.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and social workers, to ensure clients receive comprehensive care.
- Keeping detailed records of clients' progress, including any changes in their physical or mental health, and any issues or setbacks they experience.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of addiction recovery.
- Being prepared to intervene in crisis situations, providing immediate support and referring clients to additional resources if necessary.
- Ensuring all activities comply with relevant laws, ethical standards, and policies of the treatment facility.
