About the Senior Relationship Manager Role


We are working with one of the UK's leading providers of asset finance who are looking to bring in a Relationship Director to build and maintain strong relationships with your portfolio as well as driving sales.

As Senior Relationship Manager your responsibilities and duties will include:
In this fast-paced role, you'll build and maintain strong relationships with your portfolio of customers.

Specialising in asset finance, we'll look to you to drive sales activity and deliver a proactive and exceptional customer service, providing productsand services which meet their needs.

Additionally, you'll develop and maintain working relationships with key business and functional partners, to ensure a cooperative approach to relationship management and lead generation.


You'll also be:


  • Designing and delivering a strategy to identify sources of new business and manage and grow existing relationships
  • Identifying and meeting customer needs and making sure our pricing is fair and transparent
  • Taking ownership for and regularly contributing to the delivery of business goals
  • Working together to build trust and longterm sustainable value for customers and colleagues

About You


If you are currently in a Sales role or are currently working as a Relationship Managewr this is the ideal next step in your career.


Skills required for the Senior Relationship Manager
role:
In this role, you'll need to have specific knowledge and experience of asset finance.

We'll also be looking for you to have experience of building strong relationships with customers and a good understanding of SME businesses along with a proactive approachand commercial awareness.


Preferable:


  • Sound knowledge and experience in financial analysis, credit stewardship and a detailed understanding of the banking sector
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with senior colleagues
  • The ability to build trust with customers and contribute to a collaborative and enthusiastic working environment within our team
