Finance Administrator
Location - Chertsey
Duration - 12 month (Maternity cover)
Salary - £30,000 ~ £33,000 PA

Summary of a Finance Administrator

in this role you will be providing administrative support to the cost control team liaising with internal/external customers for cost verification.

Responsibilities of a Finance Administrator

  • Assist in monthly forecasting and annual budgetary process
  • Liaise with internal/external customers for cost verification
  • Ownership of all monthend processes and responsible for monthend closure, producing reports and analysis
  • Overseeing the audit process and liaising with external personnel where required. Ensure the timely delivery and accuracy of monthend closing schedules
Key competencies of a Finance Administrator

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
  • The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial
  • Great organisational skills
