Description

The key responsibilities include:

To develop and maintain suitable plans, manage the delivery of minimum and/or critical requirements and effectively manage finance, people (including third parties) and other resources.
To work with funding bodies and stakeholder groups to agree project objectives and outputs, as well as the highlevel benefits to be delivered by the project.
To translate data requirements into a detailed data specification which will underpin the development of a complete, accurate and functional database.
To liaise and engage with relevant stakeholder groups and gather information.
To lead on data modelling for requirements, purposes and processes, ensuring that any data collected is in the format required for statistical analyses.

Profile

Person specification:

Demonstrable experience in project management, setting both project priorities and objectives.
Experience in managing data and database projects.
Demonstrable experience of exploring and using existing data to identify potential areas and approaches to data collection and data processing from existing and new partners and affiliated organisations.
Ability to deal with stakeholders in a professional manner that instils confidence in the organisation.
Experience with using data analysis tools to import/connect to, export, query, visualise and explain trends in data.
