Behaviour Support Assistant

Do you have a desire to support children who require additional support with behaviour?_

The role is full-time with working hours from 8:30-3:30pm.

For the role of Behaviour Buddy, you do not need any school-specific qualifications, you could have any of the following backgrounds:

Sports Coaching
Care Worker
Army Cadets
Psychology graduate
Tutoring children with SEN
Youth Worker
Passion for supporting Behaviour
Any previous experience with special educational needs
Previous experience working with children, or young adults, with ASD and complex needs (Voluntary experience welcome)* Confidence dealing with pupils with different abilities and SEND requirements
Good interpersonal and communicational skills
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to complete this)
Enthusiastic attitude towards inspiring children

£80.00-£90.00 per day
