Working Monday to Friday, with a shift pattern of either 8am-4pm, 9am to 5pm or 10am to 6pm, this role is fully office based in Leeds.
You will be required to process incoming and outgoing client documents received via mail services, with additional requirements for coordinating mail and packages for onward distribution.
The role and daily duties- Accountable for opening, organising, scanning and uploading client documents utilising Internal hardware and IT systems
- Takes duty for processing each client document with the appropriate naming convention and uploading to the correct client file accordingly
- Processes post in a timely and effective way to ensure the business performance service level agreements are met and exceeded
- Carry out procedural/administration tasks as applicable and speak with our Internal customers
- Performs standard administrative data processing tasks including the management of shared mailboxes
- Takes duty for selfdevelopment, actively seeking feedback and replying accordingly
- Manages own performance to agreed goals and objectives
Skills:
- Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, Teams etc
- Use of Sharepoint
- Strong attention to detail
- Organised and methodical approach to work
- Background of working in a financial environment
- Knowledge of Wealth Management industry would be an advantage
