Meraki Talent are delighted to be supporting on a newly created Management Accountant position for well-known and respected brand.
The Company
The business is a prestigious and historical Scottish company who have their roots deep in Scottish culture.

They are in the process of expanding their presence across Scotland and have further plans to scale up across the UK.

The Role

Assist with monthly/quarterly internal financial reporting requirements as well supporting the year end statutory reporting process.
Ensure budgets and actuals are correctly captured and reflected
Implement financial controls and processes ensuring alignment with wider Finance policies.
Manage end to end cash management process including performing cash reconciliations
Assist with cash flow management and forecasting
Providing financial support and guidance in respect of the wider businesses Activities and strategy.
Provide the General Manager with accurate and insightful management information (MI) to assist in commercial decision making.
Working closely with the Senior Finance Business Partner
Business Diversification and the wider Finance team in reviewing and processing third party operator revenue.
Lead and coordinate on the forecasting/budgeting process in line with R&A Finance timeframes.
Build relationships with the senior management team and wider finance team.

Experience Required

Fully qualified (CA/ACCA) or experienced accountant.
Strong management accounting knowledge.
Experience of financial planning and analysis.
Experience in the production of financial reports and reporting against key performance indicators
Dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
