    Description

    The Vice President Human Resources will be responsible for establishing, developing and executing the Human Resources strategy in support of the company business plan and overall strategic direction of the organization.

    Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer you will play a key role in the strategic direction of all Human Resource initiatives across all aspects of the business, with full responsibility for the design, development and implementation of novel approaches and solutions .

    As Vice President Human Resources, you will play a critical role in effectively communicating and supporting the company's mission and strategic vision, embracing and helping to shape their extensive growth plans, taking a lead role in developing the culture of the growing organization.

    The successful candidate will have a proven track record of strategic and leadership success within Human Resources , significant experience and an in-depth understanding of building fast growing entrepreneurial businesses on a national and international basis, with outstanding communication skills and cultural awareness.

    You will be encouraged to think and work creatively, to challenge traditional thinking and bring novel HR solutions.
