I have recently and successfully completed a programme of work to migrate global network drive folders and files from traditional network drives to SharePoint online, integrated with Teams and other M365 apps.  This included the defining the business case and securing the scope, analysing the content with different business teams, establishing ownership, classifying the files for automatic lifecycle retention, and migrating the 30Tb/11 million files online using ShareGate to audit quality standards.  This also included the restructuring of existing SharePoint/Teams sites to a business driven and understood architecture for sustainable and scalable enterprise content management to provide maximum benefit.  Throughout my career, I have migrated content from different sources to SharePoint/OneDrive platforms and specialise in this field.

- Established business roles, responsibilities and ownership of content management reducing the IT burden by 64%.

- Designed the company communication standards for global and local news across improving readership engagement by 38%.

- Formalised core company content and templates into a global digital catalogue available across the Microsoft application suite.

Legacy SharePoint 2010 migration to SharePoint Online (SharePoint/ShareGate/Teams)

- Successfully migrated 9Tb/3 million folders/files and bespoke capabilities from on-premise SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint online.

- Identified and removed 1.5Tb/800k redundant folders/files and decommissioned legacy infrastructure.
