As the Cabinet Build Coordinator you will interface with the whole of the Build team working alongside the Planning Team, Local Authorities, 3rd Parties and also the Voneus Sub-Contractors working on site, ensuring the Build process is as slick and aligned as possible.
What you will be responsible for
- Interface and drive all 3rd party activities to ensure the successful deployment of Voneus cabinets for Fibre and FWA.
- Ensure all timings and SLA's are taken into account to drive cabinet live dates.
- Be the escalation point for all things Cabinet build.
- Be an integral part of the reporting and build process working with the regional teams to ensure success.
- Work with the Voneus Subcontractors to drive best in industry practices.
- Be part of for the enablement of build activities
- Be proactive in your dealings with all 3rd party suppliers and form strong ties and relationships
- Work to minimise SLA's and ensure cabinets are declared live in time to take RFS at the soonest opportunity
- Minimise FPN's on cabinet build, work with suppliers to achieve build dates.
- Evaluate and discuss solutions to drive cost down helping to improve CPPP
- Liaising with all required internal & external departments and teams to ensure the successful rollout of the fibre build
- Ensure that all Partners and Suppliers are compliant to the requirements on the Cabinet build programme.
- To abide by the Compliance Policies and Procedures of the Company
What we are looking for
- Understanding and experience within a fibre build organisation.
- Understanding of Street Works noticing and Permitting.
- Strong administration skills.
- Leadership skills and ability to set an example.
- Ability to juggle many links in the chain to achieve success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Flexible, quick thinker, highly organised and can deal with tight deadlines and a demanding environment.
- Confident and proactive, prepared to take a handson approach
- Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- An openminded consultative approach.
- Ability to give and receive positive and constructive feedback.
- Ability to creatively solve problems.
- Attention to detail without missing the bigger picture
- Any training in NRSWA or Street Works
- Project Coordination experience and/or training advantages
