Partnership Opportunity - Cardiff
Do you want to own a share of a veterinary practice, so you have a voice within it?
We have a rare opportunity for you to be part of a brand-new practice, you will help shape the design and team with the support of your Regional Operations Director and the Medivet Support Centre.
The clinic will open early 2024, as a first opinion clinic with future proofing in the design to expand as you would like it and for it to become the Hub in Cardiff for our existing practices.
Cardiff is a large, busy city with great transport connections and lots of new housing developments, so a growing client base.
The role
We are looking for a veterinary surgeon who wants to take control of their career, work/life balance and support the team around them be to be the best versions of themselves.
As this is a partnership you would need to have some financial understanding of a vet practice.We have many partners within the group who support each other and have a council to represent the partnership vets.
Your regional operations director will analyse your P&L monthly to discuss with you, so you won't need to fit in non-clinical tasks around clinical work.
Clinical work will be your focus and priority.Branch Partnership Benefits include:
