Our client is on an exciting 4x growth journey and looking bring in a VP of Sales to lead the group sales function.


This roles reports directly into CEO & comes with a six figure base, stock & a clearly defined exit plan.


  • You would have owned a £20m+ Sales revenue target in a B2B SaaS environment
  • You will be able to demonstrate 2x YoY revenue growth
  • You'll have experience managing multiple revenue lines
  • You'll be a couch & mentor to Sales Leaders, SDR's, AE's and have experience working with Customer Success.
  • Launching a revenue line in a new territory would be advantageous.

About the role:


  • You'll lead three revenue lines that have a Director sat in each service.
  • Current sales headcount c20 (this will scale 2x YoY over the next 3 years)
  • Redefine GTM strategy, owning the growth agenda & new territories strategy
  • Act as a senior sponsor to clients & lead on Execlevel client engagement
  • Be a trusted advisor to the CEO & represent growth at boardlevel

You'll be home-based, but most Sales heads are around London/South East.

  • Salary: £120,000 £160,000
  • Bonus: c£100,000 (uncapped & negotiable)
