    Class Teacher

    Year group to be decided dependent on candidate's strengths

    Main scale/UPS. Suitable for ECT or possibility of TLR for more experienced staff

    Aldermoor Farm Primary school is a large 3 form entry, diverse primary school in Coventry. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, passionate, highly motivated and innovative teacher. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality education and fostering a positive learning environment for our children. As a class teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and supporting the holistic development of each child in your care.

    The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a range of skills:

    Able to plan, inspirational learning experiences, personalise learning and ensure high quality interaction

    Able to work closely with parents and carers to build positive relationships and ensure that they are informed and engaged in their child's learning journey

    Work well in a team with a proactive 'can-do' attitude

    An aspirational, reflective and empathetic practitioner

    Receptive to new ideas and approaches

    Ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively

    Commitment to safeguarding and equality
