The Estates and Facilities department are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused individual to join our passionate and driven team.

The role will provide key organisational support across all services includingcatering, domestic, linen, portering and accommodation. Duties will include collating, monitoring, and improving facilities services standards at MFT.

Essential to the post is excellent communication, planning and organisational skills together with a flexible approach to their work.

Provide admin support to the in-house accommodation services at Wythenshawe hospital. Ensuring bookings are received and actioned accordingly and information managed accurately and confidentially.

To provide organisational support to the Soft Facilities Management team WTWA paying particular attention to, accommodation, and administration.


To liaise with an array of stakeholders across WTWA & Community Sites to ensure the demands of the stakeholders and customers serviced by the Soft Facilities Management team are met.

A key member of the Soft Facilities team who will be integral in providing administrative support and data input.

To provide support to other Estates and Facilities department as required.
