The RoleThis is a superb opportunity to join a leading Top 100 UK law firm specialising in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims.
Due to the development and expansion of the firm it is now seeking to appoint a Senior Paralegal to work alongside its existing Personal Injury team.
You will be working individually with a high attention to detail but also as part of the team. You will be dealing with admitted liability cases in the hope to settle quantum.If you have got drive and determination, ambition and are looking for a stimulating career then we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities to include:
Running a caseload of MOJ claims from inception to completionStages 1,2,3 of MOJ PortalManaging a caseload up to a value of £25,000Issuing proceedingsReviewing Medical EvidenceReviewing Claimant's Losses and Vehicle Related Losses including Credit HireSubmitting stage 2 settlement packs via the MOJ portalNegotiating settlement with third party insurers The Benefits & How to ApplyCompetitive basic salary– up to £30,000 depending on experienceSuperb working environment31 days annual leaveOngoing training and development programmeMarket leading bonus structureAccessible to public transport (transport links to train and bus routes) or discounted parkingEmployee Assistant ProgrammeWorkplace pension schemeApply in the strictest of confidence online and or via telephone – there is no need for a CV for an initial conversation.
