mixture of analytics projects and data storytelling to share key insights and actionable recommendationshands on with SQL, SAS and Python for conducting analytics work, understanding customer behaviour, lifetime value, retention, etc.
and deployment of segmentation models to fully understand the customer base, propensity models to predict future customer behaviour, and customer frequency modelling
different business problems and how data can help the business
experience in a customer insight analytics role, working across similar projects as listed above
technical skills in SQL, SAS, and/or Python, as well as a data visualisation tool ideally
