    Description

    We are looking for a Process Cooling Solutions Technical Sales Manager to take the lead in developing and managing our thriving chilled water division.

    The company are offering an excellent package for the right person, high basic with an excellent commision/bonus scheme and desirable pension scheme

    Responsibilities:

    • Drive sales of industrial process water chillers, ensuring robust revenue generation.
    • Oversee water chiller installations and project management, ensuring seamless execution.
    • Collaborate closely with suppliers to optimize sales of the required product range.
    • Lead the cooling solutions team, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
    • Serve as the primary contact for client meetings and discussions regarding water chiller applications.
    • Manage on-site activities and provide regular progress reports for water chiller installation projects.
    • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and meeting required specifications.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in process cooling sales, demonstrating a track record of success.
    • Proficiency in IT with experience using computerized sales systems.
    • Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies within a results-driven environment.
    • Proven expertise in project planning, management, and delivery from inception to commissioning.
    • Demonstrates initiative, drive, and enthusiasm for achieving objectives.
