    Operational Risk Analyst

    Investment Management

    Location: Bath (Hybrid, 2 days in the office, 3 days WFH)

    Salary: To £50k + bonus + benefits

    Following significant recent investment, the firm is now looking to further strengthen its Risk & Compliance department with a number of new hires. Exciting times lie ahead as the business looks to build on its success to date, its ambitious growth plans making it a great time to join.

    You'll assist the Risk Manager with delivering and maintaining the enterprise risk management framework for the Group as well as performing a robust 2nd line assurance programme through the execution of RCSAs.

    You'll work with senior 1st line colleagues to complete risk management assessments to manage risk and also build a strong risk culture from top to bottom across the Group.

    You'll have gained good experience in a broad Risk Management role within the Financial Services arena with a particularly strong understanding of Operational Risk Management. Any previous investment management or wealth management experience would be advantageous but is by no means essential.
