- Onboarding, and induction for new employees
- Recruitment responsibilities including posting advertisements, arranging interviews and ensuring complete candidate compliance with safeguarding guideline i.e. DBS checks
- Alleged misconduct investigations
- Management and Maintenance of all employee records
- Performance and Absence Management
- CIPD Qualification level 3 or 5 minimum (level 7 is highly desirable)
- Experience within HR school environment
- Proficiency in IT software such as SIMS and Microsoft Office Programs
