    This position is focused on ensuring that software supplied by third parties is developed correctly and in line with agreed standards through liaising with Developers and Designers, reviewing plans, processes and documentation, conducting inspections, audits and witnessing testing. You will then work with stakeholders at all levels to resolve non-conformances, documenting and evidencing risk.

    The other aspect to this role is in a customer-facing context, providing assurance that relevant requirements have been met during the software lifecycle and identified non-conformances have been resolved.

    This is not a coding role but very software-centric (incl. programmable electronics) so a thorough grasp of the software lifecycle and ability to understand output is key. Additional understanding of the Systems Engineering lifecycle and how it pertains to software will also be important alongside experience of Software Assurance methods and processes.

    This role can be performed on a hybrid basis (with base offices available across England) but some travel to UK and International sites will be required.

    This role will also require UK Security Clearance from commencement.
