- Analyze workstations, value chain, methods and processes
- Identify opportunities for improvement and propose corrective actions
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement workshops and activities
- Manage continuous improvement projects and follow up on the action plan
- Implement and maintain the appropriate performance indicators
- Conduct data collection and analysis
- Plan and organize benchmarking meetings
- Act as a consultant to internal clients
- Implement and maintain a culture of continuous improvement
- Facilitate change management
