    Lead QA Automation Engineer

    This business boasts both local and global senior management teams that have successful track records in growing engineering teams and building world class products within household names such as Google and Tesla.

    What They're Looking ForLead Automation Engineers with at least 5+ years of commercial automation experienceExpert knowledge of any object oriented programming languageSomeone that has experience delivering projects from conception through to deliveryAn ability to build an automation function from the ground up working mostly off your own initiative, putting in place test strategies, building frameworks and delegating tasks to members of your teamLead a team whilst remaining very much hands on with automation, you won't be responsible for 1 2 1's or performance reviews or any people management specifically in this role, the focus will be the successful delivery of the automation A collaborative approach to testing, liaise closely with Product, DevOps and Development teams to ensure a coherent test strategyThe PackageBase Salary between £65,000 - £80,00015% BonusStock Options valued at $40,000 - $80,000 DOEMoney towards your home officeYour own dedicated training fund valued at $5,000Private healthcare for you and your familyHybrid Working, 2-3 days a week in officeGood Holidays, Pension Scheme, and moreInterview Process30 minute informal call with the hiring manager90 minute technical interviewOfferFor a confidential conversation about this role apply today or contact Tiernan Ruddy on tiernan.
