Account ManagerLocation:
Hybrid Role - Office based in KentSalary: Up to £55,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + other benefits
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing innovative packaging solutions
Sales Growth:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, as well as maximising revenue from existing accounts
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to ensure seamless communication and delivery of high-quality services
Market Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market changes to proactively address challenges and opportunities
Reporting:
Provide regular reports and updates on account status, sales performance, and market insights
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in account management within the FMCG industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
