Responsible to:
Field Operations - Operations Supervisor (IS)


Responsible for:

Safety in all work sites and looking after the IS Equipment and cleaning standards required to do the work.


Collaborate with:
QHSE Manager, Projects Manager - Industrial Services On-Shore, Maintenance Department / Manager, General Manager Industrial Services

Site Manager(s), Site Supervisor(s)


Job Summary
Operate and Maintain Augean equipment to carry out project work scope in a safe manner without Supervision. Ensuring you and your crew members always have the correct PPE for the task in hand. Productivity completes all competency assessments whilst adhering to company's Safe system of work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively support and embed a generative safety culture.
  • Raise Safety cards weekly.
  • Reporting incidents to Supervisors in a timely manner and potential help with incident investigations.
  • Operate and maintain all projects equipment during project / client operations, in a safe manner always putting safety before work efficiencies.
  • Ensure all Isolations, Work Permits and Risk assessments and Augean work packs are in place, followed, understood, and fully reviewed for all relevant work scopes.
  • Ensure all controls are always adhered to when doing the tasks.
  • Ensure that all equipment, PPE & spares that may be required are available in a timely manner at the work site and are stored correctly.
  • Proactively support Supervisors in mentoring other crew members.
  • Supervise work scopes as required by my supervisors.
  • Participate with a proactive approach in the Augean Competency program.
  • Proactively participate in all Client safety cultures when working on sites.
  • To be available for mobilisation as agreed and required.
  • Undertaking specific tasks as per business requirements
  • Maintaining continuous professional development and continuous improvement
  • Any other reasonable duties as and when required.

Critical Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Water Jetting and Confined Space Entry Training
  • Significant knowledge and understanding of the Industrial Services sector

Summary Performance Measures

  • Successfully lead work scopes under Supervision
  • Operate all Augean equipment within a compliant and high standard and feedback results to Augean management team.
  • Participation in company competency system and company / client safety systems.
  • Woking Safe at all times
