Job Title - Assistant Producer - Women's Football Content

Location - Stamford Bridge/Cobham

Hours - Permanent - 35 hours, any 5 from 7 (including some weekends)

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for an Assistant Producer - Women's Football Content to assist in creating video and social content for Chelsea FC Women


Duties include:

  • Assist in all production of Women's team content.
  • A focus on producing and editing content from training and match days especially social content.
  • Support Women's Content Producer across all relevant projects.
  • Keep up to date with social trends and topics, especially around Women's content.
  • Formulate creative ideas specific to social platforms.
  • Confidently lead production around and with players and talent.

Must Haves/qualified by demonstrable experience to the level required:

  • Proficient at premiere pro video editing.
  • Display a keen understanding and interest in Women's football.
  • Significant expertise in social video content production.
  • Positive and bold approach to Women's football and the opportunity for growth.
  • Successful "Best in class" multiplatform content examples relevant to final productions.
  • Clear examples of women's sports content production.
  • To be able to work across multiple projects at the same time and under occasional time pressures.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to formulate creative ideas specific to social platforms.

Nice to Haves:


  • Proven social video experience
  • Confidence operating a camera is a bonus but not imperative.
