Job Title - Assistant Producer - Women's Football Content

Location - Stamford Bridge/Cobham

Hours - Permanent - 35 hours, any 5 from 7 (including some weekends)

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for an Assistant Producer - Women's Football Content to assist in creating video and social content for Chelsea FC Women

Duties include:

Assist in all production of Women's team content.
A focus on producing and editing content from training and match days especially social content.
Support Women's Content Producer across all relevant projects.
Keep up to date with social trends and topics, especially around Women's content.
Formulate creative ideas specific to social platforms.
Confidently lead production around and with players and talent.

Must Haves/qualified by demonstrable experience to the level required:

Proficient at premiere pro video editing.
Display a keen understanding and interest in Women's football.
Significant expertise in social video content production.
Positive and bold approach to Women's football and the opportunity for growth.
Successful "Best in class" multiplatform content examples relevant to final productions.
Clear examples of women's sports content production.
To be able to work across multiple projects at the same time and under occasional time pressures.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong ability to formulate creative ideas specific to social platforms.

Nice to Haves:

Proven social video experience
Confidence operating a camera is a bonus but not imperative.
