We are recruiting for a
Management Accountant to join a hugely successful Leicestershire brand with a great history and heritage in the local area who are initially looking for someone on a
6 month fixed term contract basis.

The Role
You will be working within a team that are on an exciting journey to high performance, reporting to a highly charismatic and well respected line manager who is looking for somebody who wants to work in this kind of environment

Supporting operational teams in the review of P and L's, budgeting and forecasting activities.
Business planning/scenario modelling assisting operations in their strategic decision making process.
Production of monthly management accounts and providing your commentary on areas of variance and drivers.
Cost analysis and reporting highlighting opportunities to improve business performance through efficiency gains.
Preparation and presentation of key performance statistics to senior level operational stakeholders.

Requirements -To be successful in this Management Accountant role you will need to have:

Previous management accounting experience as above, be flexible and willing to embrace a challenge, able to deal with multiple enquiries from a range of stakeholders and provide key financial support and guidance across language and time barriers.
