Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Centre Representative to join our team.

As a Call Centre Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries or issues over the phone.


Duties:


  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
  • Up sell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns

Skills

  • Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment

Salary:
From £24,790.79 per year
