We have recently announced the creation of Pilgrim's Shared Services, a fourth stand-alone company, which will bring together some of the support functions of our current three businesses (Moy Park, excluding France and Netherlands, Pilgrim's UK & Pilgrim'sFood Masters).
Its purpose is to deliver a high-quality shared service to those three businesses.As the business grows, this shared service will broaden opportunities for career development as part of a far larger organisation.
We will also continue our investment in technology to drive efficiencies and improved ways of working.A dedicated Transactional Services team will be created to deliver a high-quality and cost-effective service to the Business Units.
Reporting to the HR Systems and Analytics Manager, we are pleased to advise that we are now recruiting for an HR Systems SpecialistPayroll & Data.
The RoleTo maximise our Human Resource and Payroll Information Systems.
This involves the ongoing review and maintenance, systems optimisation, and improvement to systems of work including delivering meaningful, efficient and accurate data reporting where required.
It will be the key HRIS point of contact for technical support and the business champion for SucessFactors, in development implementation or Business as usual stages.
Job Responsibilities- Payroll systems management of SucessFactors, ECP
- Manage ECP system issues via the use of the HR HelpDesk ticket processing system
- Responsible for invesigating and resolving data replication errors in a controlled and SOX compliant manner
- Responsible for data integration and alignment between EC and ECP
- Define, document and monitor the data architecture and directional flow of all HRIS Systems
- Maintenace of HR data dictionary, ensure it is kept up to date at all times
- Lead data loading activities for all project implementations into HRIS systems
- Lead data cleansing activities across all HRIS systems
- Identify data issues/risks and raise through the appropriate channels
- Data load and mass data change activities in ECP, as required, in a controlled and SOX compliant manner
- Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams and relevant technical teams to identify root cause and resolve systems issues and errors
- Develop and deliver user procedures, guidelines and documentation and deliver user training on new/updated processes/functionality as required
- Deliver Subject Matter Expertise for SuccessFactors ECP system, including troubleshooting and resolving system problems, performing scheduled activities and recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
- Guide, coach and provide regular feedback to PSSL, building capability and expertise on ECP system use and functionality
- Drive end user compliance while maintaining SOX and auditing requirements of Payroll Systems
- Act as HR systems partner to the business. Collate Business Change requirements, assess business impact and manage any business testing requirements
- Manage and implement buiness chnage requirements in a controlled and SOX compliant manner or escalate and manage change requirements with technical partners though to resolution
- Manage the escalation and resolution process with technical partners, serving as the escalation point for all inscope module related issues for timely and effective resolution
- Identify and develop innovative technical solutions, consistent with best practice, systems maintenance and reporting standards
- Design, develop and support various reporting processes and ad hoc reporting requests
- Review SuccessFactors ECP quarterly releases, assess business impact and manage any business testing requirements
- Significant experience supporting HR and/or payroll systems including experience with end user system support, managing access, configuration, trouble shooting and reporting. SuccessFactors experience will be looked on favourably
- Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands
- Highly developed consulting and influencing skills, including experience liaising with third party vendors
- Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to resolve issues that may arise with managing data in a system
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships internally and externally with clients, intermediaries, and service providers
