    Tasks

    ·Plan and steer Equipment.

    ·Arrange imbalance moves in time and to the most cost efficient result.

    ·Insert Equipment movements and check/correct movements received by EDI.

    ·Check/compare depot inventories and equipment requirements.

    ·Communicate with relevant functional internal/external parties.

    ·Assign/confirm export positioning depot and send release message to terminal/depot.

    ·Assign/confirm import positioning depot and send release message to terminal/depot.

    ·Arrange stock feeding/deadheading requests by creating "MT" (empty) bookings.

    ·Coordinate repairs of Equipment with M&R.

    ·Monitor turnaround times, trace overdue Equipment.

    ·Arrange on-hire surveys.

    ·Arrange/book off-hires.

    ·Input monthly costs into SAP (e.g. storage/gate move costs) in a timely manner.

    ·Maintain EPOS quality, error handling, manual reporting and development of EDI interchange.

    ·Co-ordinate closely with Sales and Customer Services and all other Operational teams for proactive planning and steering of equipment.

    ·Update Port systems.
