We pay on a standard pricing matrix per job, please get in contact for more details. This rate is including expenses and you would have to use your own vehicle. We are willing to negotiate this rate with you.

We are currently working on a number of projects throughout the London Area and there is always more contracts starting.


Key Requirements:

  • Ability to produce basic Floorplans and also fully measured drawings
  • Experienced with using CAD software competently
  • Ability to travel around to site
  • Knowledge of Fire Safety Equipment and Compartmentation Lines within buildings

Salary:
From £300.00 per day

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Experience:

Building Surveying: 2 years (preferred)
Fire Safety: 2 years (preferred)


Language:


  • English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (preferred)
