The Impact you will have:


  • Company Health and Safety guidelines to be followed at all times, both internally and externally, ensuring our colleagues and customers are safe
  • Delivering industry leading business performance to exceed regional targets by managing Engineer productivity, work and time management, effective call handling expectations and SLAs. Ensure purchase order numbers are obtained prior to starting chargeable work
  • Maintaining effective communication with both internal and external customers keeping them informed and managing their expectations at all times
  • Prioritising and schedule all work activities to meet customer expectations in accordance with the Company's contractual requirements and KPIs. Forward planning of resources within the team to include, but not limited to, all priority Vehicle Off Road, Non-Vehicle Off Road, outputs of Allianz inspections and liaising third party service providers where specialist assistance is required.
  • Effectively control levels of preventative maintenance, reactive work and monitor work in progress in a timely manner
  • Actively promote team working ethic and provide support to cover colleagues as and when necessary
  • Effectively problem solve and take ownership of issues to resolution.
  • Optimising Engineer's working day to ensure productive hours are maximised whilst managing the Company's carbon emissions by reducing on travel between jobs
  • Monitoring and approve all Engineer nonproductive hours and overtime liaising with Service Manager to authorise
  • Monitoring out of hours activity for all Engineers
  • Authorising Engineer's leave in line with Regional requirements
  • Managing Free of Charge, Short Term Hire trucks to minimise cost
  • Supporting with the training of new team members
  • Optimising business opportunities to generate additional revenue
  • Undertaking any reasonable task requested by a regional line manager
