    Who We Are:

We are a diverse team of marketers and technologists who are dedicated to providing advertisers with a true picture of what they're paying money for, and to give them the insights to make better decisions for their PPC strategies.

We're making the internet a more reliable place for everyone trying to grow their business by getting rid of fake clicks, traffic, and leads. We care about being a diverse and inclusive team of talented individuals who are brought together by a drive to deliver great results, work efficiently, and challenge the status quo as much as we each challenge ourselves.

We promise to celebrate what you achieve for the business, to give you the space to be authentically yourselves, and to always support your growth. Because when you shine, we shine.

    About the Role:

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Platform Manager to join our team. This pivotal role will be responsible for the core architecture of our revenue operations, ensuring uptime, data cleanliness, and scalability of our systems.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Revenue Head of RevOps and Operations Analyst, as well as other stakeholders across the business, to develop, optimise and enhance and maintain our commercial systems infrastructure and processes.

This role is critical to Lunio's success in effectively acquiring, retaining, and expanding revenue. You will be at the core of a high-performing and ambitious team, driving our ability to grow and thrive in the market.

    What We Need From You:

    • 3+ years of proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on revenue operations or sales operations.
    • Deep knowledge of SFDC, Hubspot, and BI a must
    • You're a driven self-starter; highly accountable and comfortable working and prioritising in a fast-paced environment.
    • Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve system issues efficiently and you are comfortable using data to translate into dashboards/reports for day-to-day operations and top level leadership decisions.
    • You have strong interpersonal skills; a great collaborator able to build strong relationships within the team and across functions and confident in presenting processes and results to stakeholders of all levels
    • Your attention to detail is second-to-none, and you have a track record and passion for optimising processes to drive efficiencies and manage change.
    • You are curious, always staying on top of industry trends and developments of the systems we utilise or could be utilising.

    Key Responsibilities:

    System Maintenance and Uptime

    • Monitor and maintain the health and uptime of our core systems, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Planhat, Salesloft, and wider revenue operations infrastructure.
    • Proactively identify and resolve system issues to minimise disruptions to business operations.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to address data-related issues and improve data governance practices.
    • Development and implementation of standard operating procedures in collaboration with Head of RevOps
    • Ensure everything is well documented and version controlled.

    Architecture Optimisation and Scalability

    • Lead larger projects aimed at improving the architecture and scalability of our revenue operations systems.
    • Translate business objectives into commercial systems solutions
    • Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance our existing infrastructure and drive operational efficiency.
    • Develop and implement best practices for system configuration, integration, and maintenance.

    Cross-functional Collaboration

    • Collaborate with all departments of our Revenue function, including sales, marketing, customer success, finance and account management.
    • Provide training and support to end-users to maximise system adoption and effectiveness.
