EARLY YEARS FOUNDATION STAGE PHASE LEADER

Salary:
£11.40-£13.50 per hour depending on qualifications and experience

We are currently seeking highly motivated and exceptional individuals who are passionate about delivering the highest level in childcare and education to expand our leadership team.

The Phase Leader will be responsible for a specific age phase dependent on experience and qualifications (BIRTH-5 YEARS)

You will hold a minimum Level 3 qualification.

You will have a proven track record as a Room Leader for at least 3 years.

The role will also require:

Ability to uphold the highest of standards.

Have an unwavering focus on children at the heart of what we do, including effective routines, experiences, and staffing.

Lead the team within your phase to deliver an innovative and immersive curriculum for all children through coherent planning, observation, and assessment schedules.

Develop and maintain trusting and reciprocal relationships with parents and families.

Ensure that you are monitoring and leading practice from the front.

Ensure Health & safety standards are always maintained.

Lead on the day to day running of the Nursery when required to do so including assigned administration responsibilities.

Monitor resources across age phase, supporting the production of EYFS budgets across the year.

Produce termly planning, newsletters and home learning grids for parents and families in your age phase.

Ensure unity with other Phase Leaders to utilise every opportunity to promote the Nursery through word of mouth and on social media.

Be willing to undertake further training and development.
